Hebron is a co-educational, multicultural, international residential school founded in 1899.
It is situated in Ooty, one of India's oldest and finest hill stations.
My years at Hebron were some of the happiest years of my life.
I literally made friends for life and my class keeps in touch to this day, on a daily basis!
At a unique school in the magical setting, 7,000ft high in the Nilgiri Hills in South India,
Hebron is a truly International School with pupils from all over the world and equally
international teachers of the highest quality and commitment.
What is more, it was an all rounded education packed with sports and extracurricular activities;
it is at Hebron where I first experienced debating at the age of 14, which stood me in great stead
to commence my journey culminating in my joining the House of Lords three decades later.

Hebron, founded in 1899, is one of the most renowned international schools in India. It is a co-ed, residential and day school with a global reputation for providing a holistic education that has produced generations of responsible citizens and leaders. The school prioritises a positive environment and whole-child support to address students' emotional, social, ethical, and academic needs in an integrated way. Hebron's motto is 'Deo Supremo,' which means "God First" and we strive to develop inquisitive minds and faithful hearts in all our students. This year, as Hebron celebrates its 125th anniversary, we are grateful to the founders, leaders, teachers, staff, students, parents, and others who have supported Hebron along the way.
